Resetting under pressure ? Dropping with proper angle and control Most players drive the ball hard because they don’t know how to reset or drop properly. So instead of slowing the game down, they speed it up and lose control. In this lesson, you’ll learn: • How to remove tension from your body • How to stay calm during resets • When to use forehand vs backhand resets • The difference between bounce reset and air reset • How to drop with the correct 45° paddle angle • Why getting UNDER the ball changes everything If you struggle with: – Hitting everything hard – Popping the ball up – Not knowing when to drop – Panicking under pressure This video is for you.
